Works with Avao or Astro harness and is very useful and comfortable when spending a long time in vertical suspension.  A pair of carabiners is needed to connect to the Avao harness.  A pair of Shackles is needed to connect to the Astro harness, and for greater convenience use a pair of carabiners to connect to the shackles.  See the Podium Technical Notice for more details about connecting the Podium to the Avao or Astro harness.
